I went to a local Chinese restaurant with a co-worker the other day. It was a buffet, filled with lovely stuff. Long, beautiful tables of shrimp and crab and chicken on a stick. Garlic chicken, sweet and sour chicken, coconut chicken. Lo-mien and fried rice, fried wontons, and fried dumplings.
And fried okra.
